About Us
Mizuta & Associates Physical Therapy was established in 2009 as an outpatient orthopedic clinic in the Mission Valley area of San Diego, CA. In 2017, we decided to move “beyond the clinic” and expand our services to include quality, on-site orthopedic care for patients in the location of their choice. Patients do not need to be considered "home bound" for treatment. Our business model is to deliver accessible, quality one-on-one care to patients provided only by a certified physical therapist.
We are able to bill Medicare, Tricare, and VA insurance in network. PPO plans are billed out of network. We are able to bill auto policies if med pay is available. Cash rates and package deals available on request. We do not take any HMO plans.
We have a studio in Serra Mesa to treat patients who do not prefer in home treatment sessions.
